The author (a woman, no less!) wants you to believe this is a sensible book about angels and demons locked in war, Good verses Evil, that sort of thing. But then you find out the main character is actually a demon! A demon "lord" at that! (There is only one Lord I recognize, Praised be His name.) A man by the name of Vic Legion works at some sort of office (it's never really fleshed out, it could be anywhere) in Tuscon Arizona. He's lazy, he skips work, he doesn't listen to his boss (likely a result of the evil democrat's feeding YOUR TAX DOLLARS to him and others like him) and then the new secretary hits on him! The book doesn't go more than 10% into it before he's railing that woman, and she will not be silent nor can she be silenced! The book just keeps erotic scene after erotic scene after, as it turns out that this horrible heathen strays from one deal with one pre-marital affair into another, as if God himself weren't watching! I'm honestly surprised anyone can read more than a few pages of this book at a time without needing to pray for guidance and forgiveness. My moral compass told me I probably shouldn't have finished reading this book either, but I did and now I need to warn you all. The idea that a demoness would beg to be a plaything for her "master" (when there is only one Master we all must answer to, by whom I mean God Almighty) and that those who disagree are too 'sensitive' is not a theory I'm willing to listen to. Mrs. Regina Watts (if that is your real name), you can describe a demon harem in unflinching detail with how they interact with no regard for the fact that it's against His wishes, but you won't get past me and other Christianly folks who are certain to call you out. To be so desensitized you see nothing wrong with writing a graphic description of sex with multiple partners and think the proper reaction from readers is to eagerly await the next one and that not giving them the alternative ahegao title page you promised for 100 pre-orders reached is just ridiculous and unintelligent as far as I'm concerned. A REAL writer hires ghost writers from third world countries to flesh out their ideas, they don't just throw out scenes of angels versus demons and hope the audience idolizes the evil because it moans better or something. It just isn't the right thing to do, period. Call me overly moral or 'old-fashioned', it won't change my rating. Read at your own leisure; I might not consider reading it though if you're looking for a slice of life book with pointless stats or more traditional romance between a man, a woman, and God.Also, this is marketed as a light novel, but it weighs the same as every other ebook on my Samsung Galaxy A51 so I feel like I'm owed a refund based off of that alone.I found out that I can give -1 stars by hitting all 5 stars at once so that's what I've done. I hope this review opens up the eyes and the soul of the author, to realize what she has done. Seriously, could you fit any more smut or beautiful ladies of different backgrounds into such a book? For shame.
